Amee: Things We Do In The Dark by Jennifer Hillier

This book was suggested to me. Paris Peralta’s famous husband is found dead. Is it murder or suicide? But Paris has been involved with a murder before. Can Paris keep her past secret to protect the future she created? A very good twisty, thriller with very difficult themes.

Dawn: The Calamity Club by Kathryn Stockett

Kathryn Stockett's first book since The Help. A historical fiction book based in 1930's Mississippi during the Great Depression. This book is full of humor and heartache and I couldn't put it down. It's a long one but worth it.

Jennifer: Life: a Love Story by Elizabeth Berg

Flo is a 92-year-old diagnosed with Terminal Cancer. Despite her prognosis, Flo embraces her final weeks, taking on new experiences, such as getting a blue streak in her hair and helping a friend find romance. She decides to leave her house and belongings to her young friend and neighbor, Ruthie who she watched grow-up next door. Her letters to Ruthie explain the history and significance of these items, sharing stories about her past to impart wisdom. While reflecting on her life and marriage, Flo shares a long-buried, startling secret about her seemingly perfect marriage to help guide Ruthie, who is contemplating divorce.

Karen: The Boleyn Secret by Alison Weir

Based on the life of Katherine Carey, niece of Anne Boleyn who was rumored to be the daughter of King Henry VIII.

Megan: The Dino Door by Josh Funk
