The Annual Financial Report for Wornstaff Memorial Public Library, Delaware County, Ohio, for the fiscal year ended
December 31, 2025, is complete and available at the Office of the Fiscal Officer, 302 E. High St., Ashley, OH 43003.
The Board of Trustees meet on the second Monday of each month at 7:00pm. Exceptions, the January 2026 meeting will begin at 6:30pm on January 12, 2026, with the organizational/regular meeting. The January 2027 meeting will begin at 6:30pm on January 11, 2027, with the organizational/regular meeting. Any changes to meeting times or dates in 2026 will be posted to the Wornstaff Memorial Public Library’s website and the Library’s Facebook page. The public is invited to attend all meetings.

Put your skills to the test in our Jigsaw Puzzle Challenge!
Each team will have 2 hours to complete the same 300-piece puzzle. The team that finishes first—or has the most pieces completed when time runs out—will be crowned the winner.
