You Be the Author Contest DUE JULY 31
Open to elementary aged students in Delaware County
10-12 pages total including illustrations. 
Story must include a message about why drugs/alcohol are bad for kids. 
Due July 31 - turn your completed book into your library or the Prosecutor's Office at
45 N. Union Street, 3rd Floor, Delaware , OH 43015
