Hello all-

Summer has begun at the library. The Summer Reading Program will take place from June 5th through July 18th for children and adults. Check out all the programs planned inside the newsletter. There are programs for children, family, and adults. We hope there is something of interest for everyone.

The Friends of Ashley will be hosting an Outdoor Market and Movie Night again this summer. The events will take place on Friday, June 16th. The Outdoor Market will run from 6:30pm to 8:30pm and Movies on Main will begin at dusk (approximately 9:15pm). The first movie will be Cars. South Main St. between High St and the exit for the Beverage Barn will be closed to traffic. You will need to bring your own chairs or blankets for the movie. In case of inclement weather, the rain date will be on Saturday, June 17th. Any vendors wishing to participate in the market, can contact Amee at the library (740.747.2085 or for vendor paperwork.

We will close at 5pm on Monday, July 3rd and remain closed through Tuesday, July 4th so staff can enjoy the holiday with their families.

The library is still seeking history guides for our program during the Ashley Corn Show.

If you have any questions or concerns, I am available for a conversation.
