The Innocent Sleep by Seanan McGuire (fantasy)

Lost Hours by Paige Shelton (cozy mystery, set in Alaska)

 

Jennifer:

Love and Other Consolation Prizes by Jamie Ford.

Inspired by a true story about an orphan who is to be raffled off at the 1909 Seattle World Fair. The book has dual timelines (1909 and 1962) and is about found family, resilience and hope. Loved the details about the World Fair.

 

Firekeeper's Daughter by Angeline Boulley. 

Young Adult debut thriller, romance and mystery about a young woman who doesn't fit in her hometown or her Ojibwe reservation. When tragedy strikes her family and community, she is thrust into a criminal investigation that pushes her to go undercover and soon she must make decisions that could change her life forever. 

 

Megan:

Mercy Watson is Missing! by Kate DiCamillo

In this hilarious series finale follow Mercy Watson’s neighbors and a PI as they search for her. Will they find Mercy? Read and find out!

 

Dawn:

The Second Stranger by Martin Griffin

This crime thriller is about a woman running a hotel in Scotland during a blizzard. Two men show up after being in an accident, one is a policeman the other a dangerous prisoner but who is who?
